Professional microcontroller solutions for your applications

The BH66F2560 is a high-performance 8-bit RISC microcontroller specifically engineered for single-chip pulse oximeter applications. By integrating a complete SpO₂ Analog Front-End (AFE) and Smart LED Drivers directly into the chip, it requires no external analog components, significantly reducing BOM cost and PCB footprint for compact wearable designs.

Features a high-precision 12-bit ADC and a specialized SpO₂ AFE (containing Operational Amplifiers and two 12-bit DACs) for dynamic DC offset cancellation. The built-in Constant Current H-Bridge Driver allows software-adjustable current (0~75mA), ensuring precise control over Red/IR LEDs without external transistors.

Designed to meet medical standards, the BH66F2560 achieves SpO₂ accuracy of ±2%. Its advanced architecture supports calibration-free mass production (when using fixed-wavelength sensors), streamlining the manufacturing process and ensuring consistency.

With a standby current of just 0.45μA (Typ.), the device is optimized for long battery life (supporting 2×AAA). It includes 16K Flash, 1K RAM, and 1K EEPROM for data storage, along with UART, SPI, and I²C interfaces for seamless connection to OLED displays and Bluetooth modules.
