The BH67F2472 is a high-performance 8-bit RISC microcontroller specifically engineered for LCD-based glucose meters. It integrates a specialized Glucose Meter AFE module and a built-in LCD driver to provide a complete, cost-effective solution.

Memory & Data Management Featuring a flexible memory architecture, the device includes Flash Program Memory with In-Application Programming (IAP) technology, allowing for convenient firmware updates and direct measurement data storage. Built-in true EEPROM is provided for storing critical non-volatile information such as calibration data and serial numbers.

Precision Analog & Connectivity The device is equipped with a multi-channel 12-bit ADC, a 12-bit DAC, and two internal operational amplifiers to handle precise signal processing. Connectivity is versatile, with fully integrated SPI, UART, and I2C interfaces for seamless communication with external peripherals. To ensure reliability in harsh electrical environments, it features an internal Watchdog Timer (WDT), Low Voltage Reset (LVR), and superior ESD protection.

Power & Integration With multiple internal/external oscillator options and dynamic operating modes, the BH67F2472 is designed to minimize power consumption.
