Product Overview The BH67F2476 is a highly integrated, high-precision Flash MCU designed for advanced physiological monitoring. It is ideal for next-generation medical devices such as Glucose Meters with HCT compensation, 2-in-1 Glucose & Blood Pressure Monitors, Hemoglobin Testers, and Body Fat Scales.
Advanced Bio-Sensing AFE At its core is a specialized Electrochemical & Phase Angle Measurement AFE. This hardware engine directly measures AC impedance and phase angle, enabling precise physiological analysis (e.g., HCT correction) with minimal software overhead. A built-in 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC ensures clinical-grade accuracy for detecting weak bio-signals, while the integrated LCD driver simplifies display interface design.
Memory & Connectivity The device features robust memory resources, including 32K Words of Flash Memory, 2K Bytes of RAM, and 2K Bytes of True EEPROM. The EEPROM is perfect for storing calibration parameters and manufacturing data, streamlining production efficiency. Connectivity is handled by flexible I²C, SPI, and UART interfaces, along with PWM output for expanded control.
