The BH67F2493 is a flagship 8-bit RISC microcontroller specifically engineered for high-end electrochemical measurement applications. Integrating a powerful Multiplier/Divider Unit (MDU) and 24-bit ADC, it is the ideal solution for advanced Glucose Meters, Multi-parameter Health Monitors, and high-precision Hemoglobin Testers.
This device stands out with its superior signal processing capabilities. It features a 24-bit Delta-Sigma ADC for clinical-grade measurement and a built-in MDU to accelerate complex algorithm calculations (such as HCT compensation). The analog front-end also includes two 12-bit D/A converters and programmable operational amplifiers, while the integrated Temperature Sensor, LDO, and LCD Driver provide a complete system-on-chip solution.
The BH67F2493 offers extensive memory resources, including Flash Program Memory with IAP support, RAM, and True EEPROM for calibration data storage. It uniquely incorporates a 16-bit Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) generator to ensure data integrity. Connectivity is supported by fully integrated I²C, SPI, and UART interfaces. Enhanced safety features, including Watchdog Timer, LVR, and LVD, coupled with excellent ESD protection, ensure reliable operation in demanding environments.
The device is supplied in 64-pin LQFP package types, offering flexible options for compact medical device designs.
