The BH67F5255 is a Flash Memory 8-bit high-performance RISC microcontroller designed for applications requiring precise analog-to-digital conversion. At its heart is a powerful multi-channel 24-bit Delta Sigma A/D converter, making it ideal for low-noise, high-accuracy interface capabilities.

The device offers exceptional memory flexibility, including Flash Program Memory, RAM, and true EEPROM for storing critical non-volatile information like calibration data. With In-Application Programming (IAP) technology, users can easily update firmware and log data directly into Flash memory without removing the device.

Highly integrated for reduced system cost, the BH67F5255 features a built-in LCD driver, internal high/low-speed oscillators, and comprehensive communication interfaces (SPI, I²C, UART).
