The BH67F5265 is a high-performance 8-bit RISC microcontroller designed for multi-function infrared thermometers and precision measurement devices. While sharing the same high-precision 24-bit Delta Sigma A/D converter core as the 5255 series, the BH67F5265 offers significantly expanded system resources.

With 16K words of Flash Memory and 1024 bytes of true EEPROM, this device is optimized for applications requiring extensive data logging (Memory Recall) or complex firmware algorithms. The integrated In-Application Programming (IAP) feature allows for convenient measurement data storage and easy firmware updates.

In addition to the built-in LCD driver, Low Noise OPA, and power management circuits, the BH67F5265 provides flexible package options (48/64-LQFP). This increased I/O count supports richer user interfaces, such as dual-color backlights and multiple function keys, making it the ideal choice for mid-to-high-end medical devices.
