The Holtek HT32F67593 device is a high performance, low power consumption 32-bit microcontroller based around an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ processor core. The Cortex®-M0+ is an energy-efficient processor core which is tightly coupled with a Nested Vectored Interrupt Controller (NVIC), SysTick timer, and includes advanced debug support.
The device operates at a frequency of up to 64 MHz with a Flash accelerator to obtain maximum efficiency. It provides up to 1024 KB encryptable in-system Flash memory for code/data storage, and up to 128 KB of embedded SRAM memory for system operation. A rich set of peripherals is implemented in the device, including communication interfaces such as UART×2, QSPI×1, I²C×2, SCI×1, and I²S×1. Additionally, the device features QEI×1 and TSEN×1 (Temperature Sensor) for advanced control and sensing, along with hardware-based security modules including AES128×1 and TRNG×1 to ensure data integrity and secure transmission. Several power saving modes provide the flexibility for maximum optimization between wake-up latency and power consumption.
The above features ensure that the device is suitable for use in a wide range of BLE products such as Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM), handheld healthcare products, smart device information beacons, data loggers, and human interface devices.
