The HT68RV033 is an 8-bit high-performance RISC architecture microcontroller with One-Time Programmable (OTP) memory, specifically designed for versatile voice applications in smart home appliances and consumer electronics. The device features integrated RAM Data Memory and 4Mbit Voice Flash Memory, ensuring ample storage for high-quality voice prompts.

Audio & Integration Distinct from standard MCUs, the device integrates a Delta-Sigma PWM driver with wide-range digital programmable volume control, capable of directly driving speakers with superior audio quality. It fully supports the Peripheral IC mode, enabling easy voice editing and programming via the Holtek Voice Workshop platform.

Power & Clock System To minimize external components, the device features fully integrated high and low-speed system oscillators, requiring no external crystal. It also includes an internal LDO to provide stable power to the Voice Flash Memory. Users can dynamically switch between different operating modes to optimize power consumption based on application needs.

Interface & Reliability Communication with the host system is streamlined via fully integrated SPI and I²C interfaces. Reliability is ensured through robust protective features, including an internal Watchdog Timer (WDT), Low Voltage Reset (LVR), and excellent noise immunity with ESD protection, guaranteeing stable operation even in hostile electrical environments.
