Core Features & Benefits

🔬

High-Precision R-F Technology

Replaces traditional ADC with proprietary R-F (Resistance-to-Frequency) technology. By using a high-resolution 16-bit timer to measure NTC oscillation frequency, it achieves medical-grade accuracy of ±0.1°C (32°C~42°C) without the cost of high-bit ADCs. (R-F Resistance measurement, 16-bit timers.)

ltra-Low Voltage Operation

Optimized for single 1.5V battery applications. The BH67F2132 operates efficiently on a voltage range of 1.1V~2.2V, allowing the use of a standard single-cell battery (LR41/SR41), significantly extending battery life for portable thermometers. (1.5V battery for BH67F2132, 1.1V ~ 2.2V.)

💰

Lowest BOM Cost

Eliminates the need for external EEPROM. Calibration data is stored directly in the MCU’s internal memory. Combined with the built-in LCD driver and buzzer interface.

⏱️

Fast Measurement

Optimized measurement algorithm achieves 8-10 second reading time for oral measurement, 60 seconds for axillary measurement.

Frequently Asked Questions

What sensor types are supported?

Our solution is optimized for NTC thermistors (typically 50kΩ or 10kΩ). It utilizes a proprietary R-F (Resistance-to-Frequency) converter interface instead of a traditional ADC, ensuring high-precision measurement with NTC sensors specifically for body temperature applications.

How many temperature readings can be stored?

The BH67F2132 (Flash version) includes 128 bytes of data EEPROM, which can be programmed to store the last measurement reading or calibration data. The BH67R2136 (OTP version) is a cost-optimized solution designed for basic measurement without historical memory storage.

What is the typical measurement time?

Typical stabilization time is roughly 30-60 seconds for accurate oral measurement. However, our MCU supports advanced prediction algorithms that can significantly reduce the effective readout time depending on the software configuration.

Does the solution meet medical device standards?

Yes, the solution provides ±0.1°C accuracy within the 32°C~42°C range, meeting the performance requirements for clinical thermometers
